Early-access privacy notice
Humetriq is an early-stage product. The public website is intended for introductory conversations, product feedback, pilot interest and community participation.
What the public forms collect
The forms ask for basic contact and organizational information plus a short message. Do not submit confidential business information, regulated data, resident names, home addresses, personal ballot records, health information or other sensitive datasets through these forms.
Form delivery
Early-access form submissions are delivered using FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. The service may process and temporarily retain submission data to deliver it to Humetriq. If a conversation requires substantive files or sensitive material, Humetriq will arrange a more appropriate exchange method.
